Sainsbury's, Taste the Difference Chablis Vieilles Vignes

Made by established Chablis producer J Moreau & Fils for Sainsbury's. Lovely aromas of honey and nuts lead to a crisp, fresh palate, with sweetly honeyed, peachy notes balanced by bright citrus acidity; all underpinned by a firm mineral backbone. The old vine fruit is expressive; great value for the price. Pair it with white fish or scallops cooked in butter.
