Aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months, the Petit Chablis has a flinty, stone fruit-driven nose. Bitter citrus peel on the attack, with green fruits and a buttery mouthfeel, refreshed by mineral acids. A pinch of smokiness on the melony finish. Made by local cooperative La Chablisienne for Morrisons.
