A blend of all three Champagne varieties, this has a doughy, bready nose with an intense flavour of stewed apple. Sweet spices, wood and toast make themselves known on the finish, which is lifted by a vibrant acidity. Part of Lidl's Christmas Wine Tour collection, available from 23rd November.
