Small house Brice continues to show impressive momentum as it hones its generous yet light-footed wines based in Bouzy and Ambonnay. Chardonnay in this area can be quite overt, but from a pure chalk vineyard of old vines the ultra-ripe lemon rind, melon, roast grapefruit and candied pineapple aromas meet a concentrated and long palate of beautiful aromatic range, topped with pepper and ginger spice from fermentation in old barrels. Among the most impressive Chardonnays of the sector.
