Les Sous is a 100% Pinot Noir from Aÿ with a dosage of 6g/l. The bouquet offers terrific energy with citrus, apple and menthol aromas. Tense and vinous, the palate is fresh and perfectly balanced, and yet it very much retains the mid-weight sense of structure.
