This silky, polished champagne is produced from certified organic grapes grown in the premier cru village Chamery (Petite Montagne), fermented in cask and aged ten months on the lees before bottling.  The wine was disgorged in June 2019 and finished with no dosage.  The result is arrestingly pure and elegant, with aromas that range from lime peel to ripe apple and toast, a discreet, well-integrated autolysis, and an impressively lingering finish.
