Served from a regular format bottle disgorged only in March 2020, the wine exudes bright red fruit freshness, reflecting 60% Pinot Noir in the blend, with distinct creamy butter biscuit, delivered in a smooth palate and with subtle petillance. Burgeoning hazelnut and salty truffle add complexity. Full bodied and long, this is one of only 3,149 bottles produced – and among only 311 disgorged last year: small production due to spring frost, clocking in at 13% alcohol with 4.5 g/L dosage.
