Domaine Jones, Fitou, Fitou, Languedoc-Roussillon, 2017

A blend of Carignan, Grenache, Syrah from small parcels of 100-year-old vines, scattered around the villages of Tuchan and Paziols in the Languedoc. Appealing nose of red and black fruit with a savoury edge and peppery spice. There's great balance on the harmonious palate, with medium tannins supporting the black fruit, laced with garrigue and herbal notes.
