A distinctive wine made by an important, forward-thinking cooperative winery in southwest France. With its appealing notes of ripe nectarine, pineapple and yellow apple, this has good aromatic complexity, a lovely ripeness to the fruit, then still has sustaining acidity, with lots of lift and length.
