Perfumed acacia, yellow and green apple nose, crisp and mineral on the palate with plenty of green apple and citrus, plus a sweeter hint of honeysuckle. Made by the JeanJean family in the Languedoc. Very ripe fruit, some weight, with zesty acidity.
