This Syrah-dominant cuvée, from vines between 30 and 70 years old in a 3ha vineyard, is juicy and seductive, boasting peppery bramble fruit, flinty minerals and garrigue herbs, supported by fresh acidity. It has soft spice and supple tannins from half the blend ageing for 12 months in barrel. Rich, lively and elegant.
