The evocatively named 'Paradise Valley' is a region for wines that fall outside the Corbières appellation and this great-value pink will transport you to those garrigue hillsides overlooking the Med. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, its brisk acidity carries red berry, peach and dried herb notes.
