Barroco is pure Cinsault, made from 80-90-year-old vines, and it is super delightful. A fruity mouthful that shows red cherries edged with violets and blossom, and deliciously tactile pippy pink and red fruit. Picture the smell and taste of crushed raspberries! Crunchy and tasty with juicy acidity, I'd crack this out with cheese boards and snacking platters, a douse of great conversation and a funky beat on the speakers. Only 4000 bottles made.
