This blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Vermentino on schist finds a fine balance between ripe stone fruit, delicate honeysuckle florals and a deep, pulsing, mineral core. It starts poised and tense, and then folds and melts into the inherent sunny character at its heart. Such a pure and pretty wine, too, singing of sunshine and nature.
