Booths has two great new Languedoc reds: Château Maris's organic 2018 La Touge from Minervois (£16) and this concentrated, full-bodied Grenache-Syrah blend from mainly centenary vines. It's smooth, mellow and warming with bags of ripe inky brambles and wild herbs.
