Linear freshness, intense citrus zing and a persistent finish with lingering wild strawberry and pink grapefruit notes. Delivers much more than your average rosé: great definition of flavour, a strong mineral backbone, and nuances of raw nuts imparted by partial ageing in oak. Elegant and very enjoyable.
