A nose which opens immediately onto florals, showing flecks of white blossom, honeysuckle and jasmine, a Crémant with good definition and some elegance. Creamy, soft, enveloping bubbles give a weight to the mouthfeel. The finish does feel quite sweet, but it has the fruit concentration to prevent it being cloying.
