There's been a resurgence of the Picpoul grape of late, regularly winning favour over Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio for its racy acidity, uncomplicated dry, green apple palate and delicate herbal notes. This new vintage does just that, its hint of saline minerality perfect for a plate of oysters.
