A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and a splash of Pinot Noir, this Crémant De Limoux Rosé saw 12 months of lees ageing. Fresh cranberry and apple on the nose, it's linear and elegant on the palate. Citrus, red berry and a touch of mineral smokiness, with 5g/l of acidity to offset the sweetness (8g/l of residual sugar). Red apple peel notes and a touch of sweet spice on the finish.
