Made by 350-member co-operative Les Costières de Pomerols, this is a floral and enjoyable Picpoul de Pinet at a very appealing price. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, and that's exactly what you get here: it's zippy, tingly and refreshing. There's a smoky, flinty quality to the aromas, which evolve into smoked pineapple, apples, and pears.
