Chateau Spencer la Pujade, La p'tite Soeur, Corbieres, 2015

Tasted by: Stephen Brook, Jason Haynes, Jasper Morris MW
Drinking Window: 2016 - 2016
The nose is slightly covered by a hint of reduction but a delicate strawberry aroma peeps through. There’s more oomph on the palate, which is dry and spicy with a smoked-paprika flavour underpinned by vibrant red cherry, tangy acidity and a touch on tannin that’s not necessarily complex but certainly charismatic.
