A cooperative producer founded in the early 1960s with over 90 different growers in the Sancerre AOC. Dynamite freshness, savoury herbs and laser-focused saline minerality mark this Sancerre from Comte de la Chevaliére. With classical Sancerre aromatics, lime zest, salty sea air and notes of wet slate, the palate is fresh and zippy and balances its elegance with an affability. Smoky notes dominate the fore palate, and flint and grilled lemon peel make way for prominent notes of green mango, grapefruit pith, and crushed chalk.
