Domaine Moreux-Corty, Corty Artisan Silex, Pouilly-Fumé, Loire, France 2023

I'm drawn in by the aromas of cool blue minerals and salty sea spray, which lead in turn to zesty lemon rind and gooseberry freshness in the mouth. It's shimmering and energetic, with a firm, dark rocky core. It's a wine all about sensation, and less about fruit.
