Appearing quite shy at first, with subtle aromas of crushed rocks and river stones, this then becomes more rounded and creamy with air. It's a mix of yellow plum fruit and tingling pebbly stoniness. It's in a fairly quiet stage, offering structure but not yet the complexity it might attain.
