Langlois-Château, Sancerre, Loire, France, 2018

Tasted by: Peter Richards MW
Drinking Window: 2020 - 2022
Pristine aromas of nettles, fresh lime and gooseberry emerge in stately fashion from this elegantly rendered Sauvignon. Langlois-Chateau is based in Saumur but makes wines all across the Loire. This Sancerre is serious and dry, with fresh acidity and stoney, lime-streaked flavours.
