From a single vineyard, the nose is quite subtle, showing mostly orchard fruit, yellow apple and medlar. The palate is also quite delicate, with pear, green apple, but softer in fruit profile, and more into texture. The characters are almost like bruised apple, lemon rind, salty stones. It's a beautifully textured example.
