Xavier Frissant, Les Roses du Clos, Touraine, Loire, 2016

Better known as Sauvignon Gris, Fié Gris is a distant cousin of Sauvignon Blanc, showing more flamboyant grapefruit and exotic floral notes. The palate is also rounder and more textured than its cousin but still with crisp acidity, which makes it an ideal wine for seafood.
