Paul Mas, Single Vineyard Collection Réserve Marsanne, 2019

From the La Forge vineyard in the Aude Valley on the edge of the Montagne Noire, this Marsanne is a fine example of the grape,with a hint of honeyed stone fruit on the palate, good weight and richness, all kept in check with bright acidity. Very clean and fresh, with plenty of complexity and concentration.
