Drinking Window: 2021 - 2022
Unsurprisingly, as it is under the new Winemaster's Lot of select premium wines, this Pierrefeu rosé from Chassaux et Fils is the pick of Aldi's new rosés. Refreshingly bone dry with citrus acidity, the creamy palate is filled with tangy summer pudding fruit. The 2021 Specially Selected Chilean Organic Rosé (£6.99) is also good. Both online and in store.
