Darker than most Provence rosés, due to much longer skin contact, this wine embraces its pure Syrah fruit, gained through spontaneous fermentation, with a real sense of ‘joie de vivre’. Sweet vanilla oak and cherry fruit, bruised strawberries and black pepper aromas continue on the palate with bold, ripe strawberry, voluptuous richness and supple tannins. Opulent with an elegant supporting structure and fresh acidity emerging on the finish. A gastronomic rosé for red wine drinkers.
