Delicate and elegant sweet rose and raspberry aromas, and there's peach and nectarine too. The palate is soft, delicate, and pretty elegant. Yes it's got a ripe, sweet fruit profile, but the finish is actually very dry. I like the drying finish, the stony elegance and the herbal lift and the end. It makes it very drinkable. There's 5% of Tibouren in the blend, a rare red grape from Provence.
