Distinctly perfumed, there's a touch of violet and honeysuckle on the nose. Powerfully flavoured, the oak is rich, bringing double cream, tobacco and an opulent, slightly oily mouthfeel. This is very rich and ripe, with gently warming alcohol - a common theme among 2019 whites. It needs drinking now, but delivers a lot of pleasure and a long finish.
