Rosé

Very clean, bright and vibrant with a touch of pear to the redcurrant fruit. Very full-bodied, with a cheeky touch of sweetness giving roundness to the fruit. Medium length of finish, a smoothly elegant style.

The full blend is Bourboulenc 4%, Cinsault 15%, Clairette 20%, Grenache noir 45%, Mourvèdre 8%, Piquepoul 2%, Syrah 6% to be precise, vines are grown on sandy-clay soils. Grapes are chilled, destemmed, lightly crushed and macerated for 24 hours, then fermented at fairly low temperatures, between 17 and 18 degrees, for 15 days.
