A blend of Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc, this is layered and broad with a nose of dried apricots and tropical tree fruit. In the mouth it’s weighty with waxed lemon and ripe mango, and a toasty, nutty finish. Four months of lees stirring add texture, body and a creamy, seductive tang.
