What an amazing nose, it's like sizzling smoky bacon. Underneath there's blueberry, blackberry and violet. Unbelievable freshness, clarity and smoothness of tannin. No reduction. So powerfully flavoursome, but everything is in its place: the tannin, the acidity, the fruit. Destemmed and unoaked, this is just on the fruit – and what incredible fruit it is. Destemmed, no oak.
