Sourced from three terraces under the Dentelles de Montmirail, the fruit is all destemmed, 30% aged in new oak, the rest in concrete vats. It has attractive, precise blackberry and strawberry fruit with herbal highlights. The palate is medium-bodied, not too full, with lovely ripe, lush tannins that caress rather than dry out your palate. An intense wine but not overly insistent or overextracted. A long, satisfying wine.
