Purchased in 2010 by Vasco Perdigao, this estate's vines are situated on the Garrigue plateau and are an average of 40 years old. The wine spends 18 months in a mixture of tronconic wooden vats, concrete tanks and demi-muids. It has a bright fruit aroma but also a slightly sawdusty character. The medium-bodied palate may be on the lighter side, but it's packed full of fruit. It's really vivid, enlivening and energetic, beautifully balanced yet so intensely fruity.
