A fairly full-bodied style of white northern Rhône, the oak use is noticeable but not excessive, it adds a toasty note and accentuates its gentle salinity. Generous silkiness on the palate. Enjoyably full and rich. Etienne Pochon has 16ha in Crozes-Hermitage, 12 of which are dedicated to Syrah, the rest to Roussanne and Marsanne.
