While the dark strawberry pink hue might put some people off, you can tell that this is no wishy-washy rosé! Tavel is a pink-only appellation, and this wine – a blend of Grenache and Cinsault – is Domaine Maby's top cuvée, showing real structure, concentration and complexity. It's dry but fruity, packed with notes of watermelon, boiled cherry sweets, dried herbs and strawberry laces. One to enjoy with a meal; perhaps spicy Middle Eastern fare?
