Domaine Notre Dame des Pallières, Bois des Mourres

Drinking Window: 2017 - 2029
Prune and dark berry depth on the nose, a note of black olives. The acidity is natural and naturally impressive and the finish, with its notes of pine fennel and crème de cassis, is promising. Modern with a drop of finesse.
