Named after a cove on the Blue Coast, La Redonne is a blend of Viognier and Roussanne from organic vineyards. Aromatic, with fresh lemons, ripe peach, nuts and honey. The palate is rounded and creamy thanks to time on lees (part in used barrels and part in stainless steel) but balanced by a vibrant streak of acidity that persists to the end, with notes of citrus, melon and fresh herbs.
