There's a flinty, nutty note on the nose. It's really quite full-bodied, and it isn't terribly fresh despite the balanced acidity. Savoury finish, a touch of white bread. Gently warming alcohol. Aged for nine months on the lees in small and large oak barrels. Certainly time to drink this.
