Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks resulted in an elegantly perfumed Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc. White blossom, pears and passion fruit. Crunchy green apple and lime with herbal zests on the palate, with honeyed citrus on the long finish.
