Drinking Window: 2018 - 2019
Founded in 1853, this winery is now run by three brothers, Philippe, Christophe and Gilles. The vines are farmed organically, producing this wine which has a sea-shell, mineral aroma with some delicate ripe citrus and floral hints. It combines a smooth mouthfeel with incisive lemon acidity, while grassy tones sit alongside citrus fruit and lead to a very saline finish. At just 11.5% ABV, and with its refreshing zesty character, this is a perfect match with salads, fish, or even some hard cheeses.
