Super aromatic with notes of freshly sliced yellow pepper, orange rind, confit lemon and candied peel. The flavours on the palate, meanwhile, are more aligned to green pepper and passionfruit. Racy and tangy, zesty and spicy, this is a vibrant and delicious sip. It's possibly quite divisive as it's so intense, but would work well with a mild tarka daal or dal makhani with perfumed rice, or even a crunchy summer salad. I like the unadorned nature of the fruit.
