Deep, intense hue, golden in colour with ripe apricots on the nose. Undeniably rich yet with a pear-skin bitter edge which refreshes the palate. Labelled as Sélections de Grains Nobles, and it shows. Fine acidity keeps all in check. This will age many years. The vineyard is planted 50% Muscadelle, with 45% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon. Claudia and Bruno Bilanchi own the estate, picking their flagship wine by individual tries four to five times per day.
