Delicious organic blend of three typical Jurançon grape varieties: Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and Courbu. Golden-yellow with a caramel-liquorice nose and bright acidity. Full of ripe quince fruit and tangy marmalade, finishing with honeyed notes. An attractive, complex food wine – great with cheese.
