Domaine Le Roc, Les Petits Cailloux, Fronton 2019

A great value bottle, with lots of character and the intrigue of the lesser-known Négrette variety. An intense rustic nose of blueberry jam, charred wood and poached plum. On the palate, the fruit is luscious but there's freshness also. An interesting discovery of unpretentious yet strong personality.
