Alain Rotier is a leading Gaillac producer, and the best on the left-bank of the Tarn. On the domaine's gravel soils he focuses on organic methods and champions Len de l'El, a grape capable of producing fine dry whites and delectable late-harvest wines. Renaissance is a blend of 80% Len de l'El and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, co-fermented in barrel prior to 10 months maturation in wood, with 20% in acacia. Concentrated, fresh and precise on the palate with crisp acidity and nutty characters combined with fresh citrus. A standard-bearer for Gaillac.
