If you like the light-bodied, crisp and saline notes of a Picpoul or Muscadet then give this a go. Colombard is not a particularly distinctive grape, but here offers green apple crunch and brisk mineral acidity, while 30% Sauvignon Blanc adds hints of passionfruit. Great as an aperitif or with any fresh seafood dish.
